A régisseur is the person who keeps the production running.
We build the platform that lets AI participate in regulated operations without becoming a liability. Every mechanism is deterministic; every decision is traceable; every agent has a ceiling it cannot exceed.
§ 01 — Position
The question is not whether AI will operate in regulated workflows. It is under what boundaries. Most of the industry has not yet answered it.
Regisseur is our answer. A deterministic scaffold around probabilistic reasoning. An append-only ledger for every cognitive step. An autonomy ceiling the agent cannot self-modify. A workspace emergency brake that operates outside the LLM’s control flow. Nothing in the platform assumes the model is smart enough; everything assumes the operator must stay accountable.
§ 02 — Principles
- P.01Autonomy is earned.Every agent starts under mandatory review. Promotion is administrative, auditable, and reversible.
- P.02Compliance is a runtime property.Policies embedded at Tier 1 cannot be overridden by configuration. Governance drifts by mistake; we don’t allow the mistake.
- P.03The ledger is the truth.Every decision is a ledger entry. The UI is a read model. Replay is byte-identical.
- P.04Operators own the workflow.Process managers author workflows in conversation. Engineering owns the engine, not the ops logic.
- P.05Above, not instead of.Systems of record stay put. Regisseur orchestrates the work between them.
